The "bloody" bone marrow is from not soaking it, or not soaking it long enough, in salt water. The salt water will remove the blood, or most of it, depending on how long you soak it. You should soak it overnight, then you get that beautiful white marrow.

You are both correct and incorrect, it was not brined long enough to remove the blood from the bone marrow prior to cooking. It was also not fully cooked since fully cooked unbrined marrow becomes greyish black never red.

I follow you and Mark Weins and I love you both but I like your honesty because you're going to say if it's good or not! Mark seems like he loves everything he eats and maybe he does! I feel you give authentic reviews!

He only does that at big establishments where his video and influence doesn’t affect their business unlike a small mom and pop shop. Those smaller business he just doesn’t include it in the video.

Mark Weins is better - he goes off the beaten path more. He feels like he could've been a GlobeTrekker/Pilot Guides host. Plus you can tell if Mark doesn't like something, he won't be as enthusiastic about it. Mikey seems to only criticize if its a big business.

😂😂Mike could have made a whole extra taco with all the taco filling he dropped on ground while stuffing his gob.

The banana pudding is something my family only makes around holiday time and we do another version thats vanilla pudding layered with those nilla wafers whipped cream and actual banana slices so good

I love lengua tacos! I have not had tripas tacos in a long time (they are the small intestines of cow, I think they can have goat and pig too but I’ve only had beef) I love the flavor that is organy, but kinda sweet, the texture is chewy outside but kinda creamy inside. I know it sounds weird but it’s sooo good!

@YT Flava yeah over the years there have been more Taco trucks appearing, but if you were an OG you’d know the best spots before the huge roll in of new trucks

mike is the only guy that eats every single bite while reviewing and still manages to be fit, he eats so much in one sitting though😂

@@faym2350 It won't come to that because he eats a lot of those Chinese soups. Some of the noodles are literally 0 calories. You can eat as much of those types of noodles without intaking calories. If you notice, he makes sure to eat a lot of soups with lean meats and vegetables. That helps. Plus he works out. Reason why he stays fit.

Noooo!!. 😂. You're supposed to eat the first tortilla only and the second one underneath is for all the stuff that falls out!. I can't believe how much he let slide out onto the ground.. I almost cried!! I love tripe, but it has to be cleaned really well or it is a no go..

First 3 mins of Mikey eating tacos is exactly what David Hasselhoff looked like eating a burger lol!!!

agreed 💀 the fried curds were borderline sacrilege. it was basically a basket of fried food with a dollop of jam... even if it weren't a poutine, nothing about that seemed appetizing - it looked so dry

I'm from L.A. and every year I still find awesome new Taco spots in the region! PS - I dig Knotts fried chicken over any Magic Mountain food.

A bloody looking bone marrow is completely fine as long as it's cooked to the proper temperature. If you don't brine your marrow it will always have a pink/red bloody look. If you want the good looking white bone marrow, you need to brine it in salt water for 12 hrs.
