Yessss this just has the sound! But you'd be hard pressed to name a band of the time that had this sound in every song. It was mostly just a sound of production music of the time. You'd have to look into Jazz artists and even then. Most prolific jazz artist's wouldn't be caught dead playing this lol.

As a kid in the 90’s, Sunday evenings were bittersweet. The weekend was almost over, but not before Siskel & Ebert. Even if I never got to see most of the movies they reviewed, it was still important to tune in and watch & listen to these two gentlemen talk movies 🎥 🍿. Sadly, the balcony is closed for good.

There will be no other entertainment critics like Siskel and Ebert. They are by far the best in field. Siskel and Ebert have appeared in a variety of TV talk shows. Also they were semi regulars on the Gary Shendlin show. Gene Siskel and Rodger Ebert appeared on the animated hit TV series The Critic and I think Family Guy and other TV series. Gene Siskel and Rodger Ebert were entertainment critics who worked for two Chicago newspapers. Gene worked for the Chicago Sun times and Rodger Ebert worked for the Chicago Tribune. Both Siskel and Ebert once had a show on public television called What's New At The Movies aired from the late 69 to the 1970s. Also they had a show on CBS in the early 80s I think aired on Saturday nights at 6:30 pm. Finally with Siskel and Ebert becoming an over night success they signed on with Buena Vista Studios ( Owned by Disney) to be the hosts of their own syndicated entertainment critics TV network show. They are loved by millions and so dearly missed. Siskel and Ebert RIP.

The beginning of this intro is similar to that of the sitcom "Perfect Strangers", which took place in Chicago and Siskel and Ebert worked for different newspapers for the city of Chicago. In the "Perfect Strangers" opening, Larry and Balki are riding the boat on the Chicago River!
"I enjoyed this intro, I thought it was well paced and catchy..." "I thought it was awful, not nearly enough bickering between the two of us..."
I wonder what they would think of some of the movies out now.
Nice
this band killed it though
Five episodes were there.
These openings are so cheesy and adorable
I learned my lesson always turn off the Bluetooth headset. I forgot to do so and didn’t realize it.

Three little orphans, one two three Without a home or a family tree...
Ebert had a cooler office if that was his real office
I have no clue who ther where..i might aswell watch ernie and bert :D
I liked the AT the Movies intro better.
no doubt those two are in Heaven right now with Siskel arguing with Ebert how shit Star Wars The Last Jedi is and Ebert arguing how it was meant to be hilariously bad.

If there is a heaven, there would be different movies up there and not the same ones down on earth. They were be reviewing movies with dead actors and actresses. They would have to wait until Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill are dead to get their version of the sequel trilogy.
