We'll get the old fashioned way of going to the movies back, this is exactly what going to the movies is all about. Even the tickets were real compared to modern receipt style tickets. Still, I do love the intro.

I loved when Siskel and Ebert were on SNL and the band played this theme. They reviewed the sketches live - too bad SNL can't do anything creative any more.

The siskel and ebert intro was paying homage to how established they were by that time

Let's point out the obvious.... if Gene actually had a Bucket of popcorn and cup of soda ready in his briefcase, they wouldve made a big ass mess unless he put something on top to prevent a spill like plastic wrap. Also, very convenient now that I think about it. Oh yeah and this is cropped.

To me they seemed to become alot more arrogant when they got the Siske and Ebert show so I never enjoyed it as much as sneak previews or at the movies.
