Too much meat I'm an omnivore and I eat SOME meat occasionally but every time I looked there seemed to be another chunk of cow being cooked . That's why I stopped watching anyway...

This was awesome and I'm heart broken to see it go. You awoke in me a new passion and future hobby once I recover from my accident. Your videos got me through the darkest days when I couldn't get out of bed for 4 days after surgery, to when I was bed and wheelchair ridden for months and months and months til I was able to walk and leave the house again. I almost killed myself but out of 5 channels that kept me going, this was a major one. Thanks for all you've done with this amazing content. It's more than you'll ever know.

We have a similar dish here in Canada called "Scalloped Potatoes". Many variations on theme, but it was a Sunday night go-to for my mom, and I love it to this day. Slice potatoes and onion thinly. Bottom layer: dot with butter, a teaspoon of flour, salt pepper, layer of potatoes, onion, Repeat until you run out of layers. add a cup of whipping cream then add milk until the potatoes are almost awash. Bake at 350F for one hour or more, covered for the first half, then uncovered. substitute cream for condensed milk if reducing fat. So, that was the perfect Sunday meal for me right there, steak, asparagus and potatoes Dauphinoise which I shall think of as fancy "Scalped potatoes". :) I'm going to have to try it with the bacon and cheese. Cheers!

I’ve loved these videos and that’s a real shame you are stopping them. I’ve got a lot of inspiration from them.
