Siren Failure Unit: Waterville, OH 3t22

Waterville, OH: This months episode of Siren Failure Unit features a fail from back in 2014. This 3t22 is located at the Library in Waterville, OH and failed to sound for the Statewide Tornado Drill. Heard from the beginning are a M-10 and a handful of 2001s from Wood County running 3 minutes of alert. The main feature is the M-10 and 2001-SRN located in town that start around 1:45 in the video. This siren and the two others belong to the Lucas County System which normally tests on the first Friday of the month at noon. This was when I discovered there was a M-10 in town, which I later recorded (See link below). I also have video of this 3t22 working for the normal monthly test (See link below.) Failed it the siren is covered in snow and it's a snowy weekend yeah in January it snows like everything everybody loves snow will I tell you what I know that snow was made out of ice and everybody loves how to eat snow but when you get cold you got to get inside the house and warm up it's a cold day and snowy day yep it is it is snowy oh no the thing is covered in snow and don't know how to sound off this is just a cooled off kickoff a cold kick-off weekend yep but you know I like snow and it snows like everything but remember if you see snow bring it inside the house and let it warm up in the sunlight.
