I decided to head down to Cedar Rapids to record this 4004 on Glass Rd for the Linn County Siren Test. I am highly familiar with this siren because I pass by it every time I go to or leave my grandparents' house. I was trying to find a good parking spot, and the best I could find was at the end of Shasta Dr NE, leading me to have to cross Glass Rd to set up my cameras.
