Great bass...played really well. I hear a slight issue.....that A sounds quiet to me. The pickup poles don't appear to follow the radius.....I never get that, same on a Jazz bass...it's ridiculous when the string to pole distance is so critical !
Is there the typical humming with this single coil PU?
I probably wouldn't like the 42 mm nut width. Sounds good though.

How loud is the single coil hum?

it doesnt hum because the pickup is actually hum cancelling, its just in a single coil housing

@@phipschi4255 I have this bass and it does hum as it's not hum cancelling pickup. However, the hum is not too bad
Are those roundwound or flat wound strings that ur using?

Beatiful 90% ..wish the Headstock would be Fender Style and Fender Logo. Those Marcus Miller Letters are so damn ugly ...otherwise visually superior to Fender, great look.
Far too bright for me, even with the tone rolled off.

I’m wondering if the settings on the amp, his tone, the volume, and the pick didn’t all add up to that added bright. It seemed to mellow way out into that P Bass low end that I like when he switched to finger style.
The design is terrible! Jajajajajaja sorry
