I had this problem a few months ago and saw that older video of yours and your help worked great. I every month unscrew the plug and clean it all out.

That's great Stephen! Regular maintenance will definitely keep that pop drain plug working good for you.
I used a 1.25" suction cup off Amazon (cup hook) to get stopper to pop up. If all else fails, go under the sink, undo P trap & use a long screwdriver to push up stopoer.

I have tried the screwdriver and still could not move it
