If you've ever wondered, "Is staying single worth it?" Before you settle for that partner your gut keeps warning you about, you HAVE to watch this episode. Today, I'm having a heart-to-heart with Cindy Trimm, a woman who turned her broken pieces and unstoppable ambition into powerful wisdom bombs.
Cindy got married at 60 (yes, you read that right!), proving that it's never too late to find happiness. She believes that we attract who we are, not who we want. So, if you're dreaming of an amazing partner, let’s make sure you’re frikin amazing first!
We dive deep into Cindy's 20-year vision plan and how she developed the mindset of choosing adventure over security. We discuss hard-hitting questions like, "Can he handle all that you want to grow and evolve into?" It's time for you to stop playing the supporting role in other people's stories!
So, if you're ready to step into the leading role in your own story, hit that play button. And remember, you're just ONE decision away from choosing a future you may not want for yourself. Buckle up because this is going to be one empowering ride!

Ever wondered how a lost and broken soul transforms into a confident badass? Well, buckle up, because Marina Worre's story is about to blow your socks off. From the ashes of an abusive situation, she rose like a phoenix, fueled by the power of her own thoughts. And guess what? She's ready to spill the beans on building your confidence empire. Ready to dive in?
Powerful Thoughts from Cindy Trimm:
“I made the decision that I was not going to settle at all. Not for a spouse, not for anybody. I was going to explore the full range of everything that I was to myself and for the world.”
“I wasn’t looking for a feeling, I was looking for a person that loved themselves just like I loved myself and wasn’t intimidated by who I was.”
“I understood that I could only attract who I was not who I wanted.”
“Self awareness is knowing where you end and someone else begins.”
“Unless you make the unconscious conscious, the unconscious will continue to direct your life and you will call it fate.”
“Everyday you can choose the bigness of your future or the smallness of your past, and your past has nothing new to say to you so stop listening.”
“Tomorrow cannot be messed up in advance. It’s a clean slate!”
“Stop making people the priority and making yourself the option.”
“Every crisis is a gift, every problem is an opportunity, and every adverse circumstance is my most valuable teacher.”
“Your feet will never take you where your mind has never been.”

This woman has reminded me of the path I was on in the 1990s. I met the man I dreamed of, envisioned my whole life, and only to lose him to cancer. THIS reminds me of the path I was on and to refocus my energies where I was in my 30s. Personal self development 🙌🏻🫂❤️

I’m a sapiosexual . Attracted to smart men. I’m also a woman that has had a few narcissistic men in my life . I know what I don’t want. It’s difficult to meet a man that has the same intellectual interests as me. It’s rare to meet a guy that has morals and respect for women’s boundaries. Bullshitters are a plenty. I’ve been single since 1993. Have not been with a man (physically) since 1998. I’m 70 now. Self respect is what I have been working on. I will not give up/share my body with a man unless he loves me and I love him. No more one-sided relationships for me. I may die without ever discovering that one sincere guy, but oh well. Better to be alone and happy than be in loneliness in an unmatched relationship.

I believe males and females balance each other. We need that. Women on Women don’t provide balance. I do not have recreational sex. I’m never going to be a semen receptacle for another man that does not love me. I have self respect.

A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient

Jesus , Jesus Jesus, not that I need validation but this is validation. I was appointed the President of an organization. I was the first to be appointed and then, being a woman some of the guys got together and said you should be the secretary. I resigned and told them I had no time to waste with 50-year-olds who had not evolved beyond their secondary school days. It's a waste of time. I quit. They begged and appealed I stood my ground and now I'm a difficult /rigid person. This was probably over 7 years ago, and till now, they are yet to re-organize. Do not settle for less as a woman. No your worth!

Cindy Trimm came to my church years ago for a womens meeting and said so many beautiful things. One thing that stuck with me was when she said "If anyone say something to you or about you that does not align with Phillpians 4:8, (“Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious-the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.”) Do not repeat it.❤

At 20 I knew a Toyota in the driveway and 1.9 kids would never satisfy me. I can proudly say I've never settled. I see I still have lots to work on but it will continue to be on myself, my education and my career, not on anything related to finding a man. One of your best guests ever!

I'm 47, divorced for 14 years, and I'm loooooooooovin' the single life. The more I hear, "You're still young, you NEED a man in your life", the more I feel singlehood was the best choice for me. I'm not looking, actively or inactively. This is my time for me and my kids. I don't want a relationship, and I don't need the drama nor do I need or want to answer to someone else other than my kids. I'm too independent and many guys don't like that. My narcissistic "mother", ex-husband, and daughters' father do not approve of my independence. If a man exists who is okay with me being my own person and not a lost puppy, he'll either be gay, traumatized by his last girlfriend, or stuck in a crappy relationship. There are very few "good men" out there now. I'm not so lonely that I need to have a smackdown with some spoiled brat over him. If he wants me, he'll find me. Then he'll have a LOOOOOT of work to do to convince me that he's legit.

The greatest gift to me has been to not have a boyfriend, and instead for the past six years after twenty years of complicated and distracting and energy consuming relationships, to finally be alone, not lonely, alone, and see my circle of friends and even family expand. my work life expanded, my dreams started coming through and they still are . i have never felt more loved, more free and more happy.

The Woman version of Wayne Dyer also abandoned by his father. I love this woman!! She was at the bus stop and he was at his father's grave. Same scenario. Exactly the same result: ultimate power!!

I love that she said Get out of your feelings, & into your thoughts. So much messaging for so many years pointed us in the opposite direction! But feelings are not controllable, only influenceable. We can however mend, reprogram and control our thinking, which then influences our feelings & emotions. She is so right!

You older women NEED to teach teenage girls these lessons... That's the best way to change the future. Help to NOT make your mistakes

My parents have been together for 48 years and they pretty much can “read” each other’s mind. Sometimes one starts one word and they finish with the same words. They laugh so much. I love that. There is a misunderstanding that women who “stay home” are not “A” type woman. Sometimes they are the ones who manage everything at home and outside home, and yes, they put boundaries with the blink of an eye.
