It's fun to finally have a single plane winner on a major tour.
In this video, I am have the opportunity to talk with Roberto Lebrija about his first win on a major Professional Golf tour.
About the Single Plane Golf Swing
The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

Good guy glad for him, just like the single plane instructor out here in the Desert teaches, you have to fit the single plane swing to your your swing not try and be Moe Norman. Roberto Lebrija has done just that and it works great for him.

Let me peer into the near future . I predict we start to see a repeating trend start to emerg on all the different pro and amateur golf tours . More and more we will see players that have the single plane swing start to win more and more . And even start to dominate. I mean Bryson Dechambeau won in the most dramatic fasion shooting a 58. Yes i said he shot a 58, on sunday winning with a comfortable cushion . Is there any other word to use than dominate the other pkayers who are all world class major championship winners . And he beat them like a drum. Yea this trend is already starting to to show its face. And then we will blink and you will see that swing pulling even with anything else out there. To me its the most efficient way to swing a golf club.
