    Thanks a lot. All i wanted was some enough motivation to fight my gym mates that bro split is no different than push pull split cause they were asking me to train 2 muscle groups a day but I'm only comfortable doing 1 muscle group a day but with same intensity. Also I'm a beginner with 4 months.

    For every beginner I will suggest not to do Push,Pull,Leg. Do bro split first then go for push pull leg. Because in beginning push pull legs make you feel so down that from next week you will leave gym. And here consistency is the real key do bro split ,be use to eat and you will enjoy.

    Its all about quality workout.. if you do 5 exercises for one muscle in one day, number of quality sets may reduce.. bt if you do 3 for one muscle and 2 for another, you will get quality sets and you can train one body part twice a week.. Important point : consistency is the key.. do what you enjoy

    Bro, great video....kerp making these types of videos. But you're missing some very few imp points which I think you should have included like small muscles volume principles, training intensity, individual goals, workout style, and individual lifestyle. I was about to make a video on this topic....hopefully, I will upload this week.

    Don't go with too much volume - Increase Intensity like Dorian Yates & Mike mentzer - that will give you amazing 😍 results I am doing it it's very effective Seeing visible results Use only 2 body parts a day Or otherwise do - push pull legs for 3 months Then change training Splits - Single Part a day ( increase volume also ) Change it after using 3 months - Upper Lower Body Split * High Intensity Is Always Gives You Amazing Results ( after 4 weeks with heavy weight training make sure that add 1 deload week - With Light Weight training )

    This is completely wrong.. Post workout muscle needs 36 to 48 hours of rest to grow in size. In your regime there is no rest given for bicep and triceps

    @@RajKumar-qg9iv rest duration totally depends upon the volume and intensity of your workout I've been working out since 2 years, tried various splits including PPL but this plan has helped me produce the quickest gains ever. By hitting only 3 sets muscles can recover in under 24 hours. Also I don't target the same muscle consecutively for example on Monday I'll target the long head of the biceps and on Tuesday the Lateral head and so on...

    Very informative video sir. I don't enjoy splits.I like upper lower split 6 days week mean 3upper and 3 lower body workout a week. Volume below 18-20 sets per muscle. Kya ye workout thik hai, ya join ke liye problem to nhi krega. 🙏

    As I'm working from more than 15 year's i switch workouts after 90 days between single muscle/ week & two type / week & my personal findings is that single muscle i gain more strength less clarity & in double muscle less strength but better muscle clarity so decision is easy from results
