My sincerest apologies. What I can tell you is, the body is high-maintenance. This did eleviate my pain, but like with most things, after the pain is gone, I have a tendency to resume normal behaviors. That resulted in the pain returning, but I do this exercise as a continuous maintenance action, and it keeps the pain under control. I need to do this more often and stop my poor posture behaviors that keep bringing my problems back. But habits are hard to break, and at my age, maybe impossible.
