ik just finished another dumb video about the dumb onision and was so happy when i saw this next

This reminds me of Drew’s collab with Superfruit called “spontaneous singing” where they did spontaneous acapella. One of my favourite videos with Drew, he’s very musically gifted.

How they look at drew shows their like genuine interest , appreciation, and are impressed with Drew.

I saw Guster maybe 3-4 years ago and they're such warm, friendly guys. There was a kid in the crowd with those noise canceling headphones on and they brought him onto the stage and gave him a drumstick and a shaker. It was a really cool interaction.

Seeing Drew being happy with his favourite band is so wholesome and great

I’m so proud of you Drew. You handled the situation so well. It’s hard to know how to handle meeting your favourite band/idol/etc but you were the perfect amount of funny and respectful. Way to go!!

“Build the Wall” was really, really cool!!

The whole video I was like “hmm guster, why does it sound so familiar” then I googled them and heard Satellite and I swear it gave me flashbacks from when my mom used to drive me to school when I was like 10. That song was always playing on the radio back in 06 and it made me kinda nostalgic. Definitely I’m checking their new stuff.

This is the only good thing in 2019 I’m so happy for you drew!!

I first found about the band “Guster” after watching the infamous and iconic film Disturbia when I was young. After hearing their track one man wreaking machine in the movie I instantly fell in love. Later on, I found Drew, and he expressed his love for the band. I was shook to say the least. Two icons, just being icons. How. Fucking. Iconic.

“Hey anything can happen... it’s the 80’s” I’m going to say this in 2080 and get real sad remembering how my parents would joke around with this saying and then go down a dark rabbit hole of remembrance for my brothers of us getting up really early Christmas morning and sneaking our stockings into a room, those times never come again. When people say things like “as you kid you want nothing more to be an adult, as an adult you want nothing more to be a kid” and I get it. Don’t get me wrong adulting isn’t bad. You get to marry the person you love the most (hopefully) and you get to experience all of life’s gifts but you can never gain that innocence or safety again, just enjoy being a kid be focused on your future adult self but don’t forget to just have fun and relish in the times you are stuck in your home during a power outage in winter and are cozied up in loads of quilts with your mom, dad, and brothers (and pets) all around playing board games and drinking some hot coco brewed on a wood stove. I know not everyone has this memory and I’m sorry for the ones robbed of this childhood, just live in those moments, don’t let them just go by cause one day you will wake up and have a panic attack, yes it may seem ridiculous. But it really isn’t, it isn’t weak to remember good times or to love your family.

You have no idea how much this means to me! I’ve been a Guster fan forever. Love you Drew!!!
