The girl who played guitar is the super talented grammy award winner HER or H.E.R. She also features in Usher’s new album that was dropped not too long ago. She has amazing music and skillful guitarist!!

People try and minimize other's talent when they have none. He's singing live!

You go boy. Well done Ush, your idol MJ would have been super proud. The white glove was a nice touch. I can only imagine how difficult it is to dance with that much energy and sing at the same time. Take a bow Mr. Raymond. Legend. Just wish people could be kinder to each other, Usher did a fantastic fantastic fantastic job. And he has remained a pleasant, polite and friendly dude in all these years.

He was of my children’s generation. I was impressed with the show, his skill as a singer dancer, and the use of a talented university marching band. A lot of fun!

Oh, so much fun! As a mother to two girls who were teens during his most popular times i had no choice but to enjoy Usher. We all had a blast watching this performance, singing and dancing along.

The guitarist is H.E.R. She’s a musical prodigy and compared to Prince a lot. If you get into her music, it’s obvious why. I’m so glad she was included!

That’s H.E.R. aka Gabby Wilson. She’s a 5X Grammy winner, Emmy winner and she’s an Oscar Award winner. She plays multiple instruments from guitar, drums, piano and bass/upright bass. You should review some of her live performances.

I'm glad they seemed to FIX or Manage the Audio problem before3 halftime. Because the Pregame Audio was AWFUL. It seems the farther into the future we go, the worse we get. (IMO) But, the Halftime show was good.

There are certain commenters who accuse every live performer of lipsyncing. They did it with Silk Sonic. It is to get clicks or attention.

Jackson State University marching band was playing with Usher. I loved the performance. It was Usher's exploration of Black artists and Black culture, which he mentioned several weeks ago.

Brad, not to discredit how an amazing singer Alicia Keys is, but do you know that they fine tune Alicia’s vocal in the performance clip? 😂 (to hide the voice cracks)

Yeah but Alicia didn't sound that good live. Her voice cracked and she was off key most of the time.
