Your videos are great! Thanks. I need help please with Singer Panoramic Model 9018. Underneath a 2" spring was hanging off at 1 side. Didn't take a pic. Next morning, i couldnt recall where it came from. There are 2 x 2"springs underneath. Other 1 fine - but where does 2nd spring go?

Hello. I just picked up a singer 247 and when I turned it by hand it’s getting stuck. I opened it up and the bobbin case keeps hitting the feed dogs. The case has a low and a high spot. And the feed dogs are moving down when they should be moving up which is causing the bottom of the feed dog to hit the high spot on the bobbin case. Would the timing fix that? Or should I contact the guy that sold me the machine and give him heck for selling me a machine with big problems. The video was great. Thanks in advance .

help. I have a singer 522 where, thanks to your video have timed my machine and replaced the bobbin gears as one was broken, hence it would not move fabric forward. Have checked the hook and it picks up top thread every time now. However, the machine will not pick up bobbin thread and refusing to make stitches. Have checked the bobbin and all ok. what could be the problem?

If was made in the year 2008, just buy a new sewing machine, Because most modern machines are disposable machines. One can usually buy a new machine for less than the cost of repair.

I have a Singer 648, the feed dogs need to be timed, but there is no adjustment on the base of the machine to do this. The only drive gears on accessible only from the top, but there is no adjustment possible there! It appears the dogs are 180˚ out of phase and no remedy. Hook adjustment done and perfect. Thoughts? Help!
