Singapore Vaccinated Travel Lane Guide - How to apply for the Vaccinated Travel Pass
Singapore has started to allow people from a small number of countries to travel there using Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs). Travellers making use of the program should apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass between 7 and 30 days before the intended date of entry into Singapore, if they are aged 13 years or over and are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents. You may apply via the Singapore Government portal here: eservices.ica.gov.sg/STO/VTL
You start by providing your name and an email address to receive a One Time Password, before selecting the country you are from and entering the date you plan to enter Singapore. Afterwards, you may fill in the details from your travel document, your contact details and the address of the place you will be self-isolating at, usually a hotel. I assume that you will be eventually be asked to provide a proof of vaccination, such as the NHS Covid Travel Pass. Please be aware that only the people from 10 countries can apply as of late October 2021.
Once your application has been approved, your Vaccinated Travel Pass is valid for 6 days from your chosen date of entry to accommodate last minute flight changes.

Please come to Singapore. Take our new Thomson-East Coast Line, which just got extended to Caldecott from Woodlands North (where there is RTS to JB still under construction).

You have kind of read my mind! I was originally planning to head to Singapore just as that line started going into service and quickly visiting the first 3 stations. Then the Covid pandemic started and I was not able to go anywhere at all.

@@kylohk and now in 2022 we got TEL extended to Gardens by the Bay! More stations to see! (Except Mount Plesant, it got mothballed alongside Marina South).
I’m not planning to go to Singapore. However, I’m planning to go to Austria this Christmas (providing Austria or Britain don’t announce a lockdown during the Christmas break).

@@DaveDVideoMaker Good to hear. At least you are having fun in a relatively remote area with way fewer people than the crowded cities. I can imagine what Christmas celebrations must be like in Vienna.

what should I do if I'm just transiting, should I still prepare a self-isolation address and submit the information??
I was doing that but how can we book a place for the self isolating while waiting for thae result can u recommend?

I am afraid you cannot apply for this pass as an Indian citizen. This scheme only can be used by citizens of mostly European and North American countries.
