Trump last year signed a bill that will permanently provide more than $250 million a year to the nation’s historically black colleges and universities, along with dozens of other institutions that serve large shares of minority students. The bill authorizes $85 million a year for historically black colleges and universities, along with $100 million for Hispanic-serving institutions, $30 million for tribal schools and $40 million for a variety of other minority-serving institutions. Perfect example as to why I stopped watching CNN over 2 years ago. News should not be censored but, should not be controlled by 6 people in the World. The monopolies news agencies have be they television, radio or the Internet should be broken up. Even the ownership of stock in the entities needs to be controlled such that the problem does not exist under new Corporate names. At one time a TV station was required to present both sides to all issues to fairly report one a subject. We need to go back to that requirement.

as if the government doesnt take advantage of this as well? dont pretend like the intention wasnt to allow themselves the ability to push government propaganda and censorship by means of a proxy so they can absolve themselves of wrongdoing because as we have seen any media outlet labelled government funded has reacted in a way that proves it severely lessens credibility. if people dont know its from the government they are more likely to fall for it. it benefits them more to trick the people in to thinking they have multiple avenues of information from different sources when they are all from the same source. we already have laws against companies colluding with each other and building monopolies yet it happens anyway because the government specifically allows it so long as they can pretend it doesnt exist.

Even if it is a "slogan" that's a LOT of news stations with the exact same political message. Chilling, even.

ACTORS WANTED: Must know how to read news on television script and must know how to read weather script. Sinclair news reporters working for CNN.

I love the part about "Centralizing a message" being something that "the other guys" do.... The DNC has disseminated talking points to the media, who has run with them, going back to the election cycle. Prior to the 2016 election cycle, did anyone ever hear the phrase "nuclear football"? Me neither. Oh, and the whole "mental fitness" shot in the dark....that lasted for two weeks....

That clip kinda reminded me of the end of Halloween lll Season of the Witch. Kids are memorized watching and hearing the music before them. Replace that clip with the montage of news anchors reciting those words and imagine adults in front of those screens. Creepy...

Oh CNN... If you really wanted to report on this correctly, you would have shown all the other coordinated stories that this cut up goes on to show. It is truly epic the level of coordination that went into all the stories that were read verbatim all across the country. You CNN do the same damn thing, you just dress it up in a different way. Fox news admits its a conservative news program and CNN tries to run as a unbiased neutral news program when in fact its a liberal news company. That is what annoys me.

MSNBC is liberal but CNN is middle of the road with a slight lean to the left (but that's only because of what conservatives have to offer)

CNN has an establishment bias. They love John Kasich and Mitt Romney type Republicans. They also have a neutrality bias, meaning they portray both sides as equal. You'll often hear, "Both sides do that," as they pretend the GOP isn't dominated by the far right's worst impulses. MSNBC is essentially the propaganda arm of the Democratic party, but they don't represent the progressive base of the Democratic party at all, and bare no resemblance to the broader left that includes independents and third parties. They deliberately exclude world renown left-wing scholars like Noam Chomsky, Chris Hedges and Cornel West. if you watch closely, they don't even argue for progressives ideals anymore. They're not anti-war, they don't critique wall street or unfettered capitalism. Fox News, on the other hand, is a decidedly right-wing outlet; hour after hour, they educate their audience about the virtues of conservatism. MSNBC and CNN won't even say the words "liberalism" or "progressivism"; they' could care less about promoting an actual ideology and would rather focus on Trump's bufoonish behavior.

Salty Bear thanks for the English lesson Mrs. Allenbach. I did mean collage. The collage of videos of various anchors saying the same thing. Back to my original point. Any liberal news sites all saying the exact same thing because the boss of each local news org demanded it?
