@@Walterbennet3697 I actually found out about that months after this video. I did add that in the Wages of Sin script. I felt really dumb about that. But the biggest error in this video is saying that Zak Belica was German. I don't remember where I got this info from, but he's not...

@@ElephantsDoingCrack also I think I know the reason why the spear gun sucked. It was only made for the underwater sections, because that would explain the slow projectile speed.

Well... yeah that is pretty much what I concluded in the video. It was introduced in that section of the game and Ritual intended it to be used only underwater.

@@ElephantsDoingCrack would you be surprised thats the biggest reason why im getting PF when it drops, tbh i think PF might come out this year or maybe a little later because 3dr does seem to be devoted towards the game, knowing nu 3dr tho... it might get delayed. about the mancini fight, it seems to be a little rng at times because he sometimes will take like 2 shotgun blasts and then other times like 6 or 7 tho perhaps thats because most of my pellets hit his head, it weird but tis still my favorite boss in the game and i also forgot to mention the secret exit in docks 2 where it takes you to the same level, but allows you to flank a grunt with a rocket launcher. stuuf like that is why i love this game.

Yeah I find it weird that they announced a sequel to Ion Fury when they haven't even finished the dlc yet and they are both supposedly coming out this year. Like calm down guys, I don't know if everything's going to go according to plan.

Sin was my first game at the end of 1999, on my first computer that I still have, a Pentium 3 550 Mhz with Windows 98 SE, I still play it today, and also the Steam version on my current PC.....it's a classic politically incorrect, sensational... until recently I only found some Easter eggs, such as the robot that does maintenance at the training center where there is a hidden button that activates this robot to dance macarena.... Sin still has many hidden secrets Hugs from Brazil, congratulations on the excellent work.@@ElephantsDoingCrack

Oh yeah speaking of that dancing robot, that is what Jim dose was talking about in this video. At the time I didn't know what he was talking about, but I found out a while back and I plan on adding it in the wages of sin video

That was definitely very interesting. It’s really too bad things didn’t work out for the devs. It would be great if they could get the old crew back together, but the chances of that happening are about as likely as Valve making HL3 (luckily we got that giant leak recently. I don’t feel ANY sympathy for Valve because none of their prototypes go anywhere and their stance on piracy is it’s a service problem where if you legally provide a service people will buy that instead so they have zero right to cry about this happening. I agree with their stance on piracy and wish companies like Nintendo would do the same. I just think the irony of this happening is truly hilarious) or New Vegas 2 (assuming that ever gets made) being any good with all the people who made NV what it was leaving Obsidian to do their own thing. Hopefully the Nightdive remaster comes out at some point and includes numerous quality of life improvements while remaining faithful to the original (I’d love to see them give Marathon and Myth that treatment). You weren’t joking when you told me your newest video was going to be super long and a big project. Great job on it. Too bad not many people watch these well crafted videos. Hopefully they catch on someday. That’s really interesting how most games at the time would include their lore/story in the manuals. I can understand why they did that since the technology just wasn’t there to do properly implement the narrative like we can now. On one hand I miss the cool manuals, but on the other I almost never read any of them. Too bad the game didn’t properly implement that stuff into the game through references to larger events, audio/text logs you can find, and other stuff like that. Do you think that you’ll cover the Unreal games at some point? Unfortunately I’ve never played them and Epic Games recently took them down. Idiots like these turn piracy into a moral obligation. If it were up to me after several years abandonware would become legal to download (the companies would basically have to rerelease the games or keep them on a store front that’s accessible). I saw some videos about the Unreal games and they look pretty fun. I know this is completely unrelated but do you like ytp? - I think Nightdive will deliver at some point or other. There is no way they will cancel it or anything like that. The only question is when is it coming out? I'm confident Phantom Fury will come out though since we got some updates on the game. - Maybe some day... - I get that. It's still really cool stuff and awesome world building. Heck that SiN manual got me more interested in SiN's world and made me want to know more. - Yeah I've been playing URT99 since I was a kid. Unreal held a VERY special place in my heart and to see what EPIC has done is sad. Fun Fact: I originally was going to be working and focusing on a Unreal (1998) instead of SiN. But when I saw the Phantom Fury trailer, I switched to SiN instead of Unreal (1998). When I look back on it... I think I should have done Unreal since it would have aged better like wine. But then again, if I would be working on that video, I probably would have had to change a lot when the news came out. If I was upbeat and happy, it would have been a little awkward knowing that news. It might have been cool, but I could see myself having to rewrite and redo a lot in the video because of that. But yeah, I would LOVE to talk about Unreal one day. I mean I use URT99's ost in most of my videos. - Yeah I used to watch YTP in the day. My parents didn't like them though...

@@latviandragon2718 it's really not that good. It's like if a HL2 mod got some funding and had to quickly finish it. I'm sure with more episodes it would have been good, but we didn't get that. There are a lot more reasons as to why I feel that way. That song is really good though
