Good news everyone! The novel is finally out! My Sci-Fi novel, "Simulation: The Great Escape" expands on the plot of this short film. I just published a short trailer for the novel. You can get your copy on Amazon:
Don't wast your time watching this, there is alot of comments hyping it up as "thought provoking" but the only thoughts it provoked in me was how does it have so many good comments, like did they pay someone to comment from multiple accounts or did the have AI generate comments... How did they do it?!
They need to start including amazing films like these at the cinema before the featured movie. A larger audience would be able to see this and enable the creators to have a chance for bigger future projects.
This is incredible and so thought provoking! This short movie is not just a usual sci-fi but involves many metaphysical concepts. Loved the VFX and the cinematography as well. Just really, really hope you are planning on making a sequel, cuz that's where the action and adventure will begin. The protagonist has only just begun! Please do make a second part Hashem! Oh and congratulations on all the awards! Well deserved!
Clearly, most drawn here and who commented have reached a certain level of understanding about the world we live in. Continue The Great Work!
Good news everyone! This short film is coming out as a Sci-Fi novel, which tells the entire story and fills all the gaps that were missed while making it. You can watch the Sci-Fi novel teaser here:
I've always believed creative artists are more in touch with the eternal mind than regular people. When I think of some of the sci-fi great minds of the past, their "fiction" was actually prophetic. Congratulations on one of the most interesting films I've seen for a long while.
Finally. A story (well-scripted, well-acted, well-shot) with a beginning, a middle, and, most gratifyingly, an end.
Wow this is incredible...parallel universes, hologram theory and samsara, all in 23 1/2 minutes. I hope you tell more of this story, this is the most thought-provoking piece of science fiction I have had the pleasure of watching in a long time. Thank you!
Hashem, congrats to you and your team for an extremely creative, engaging, and visually inspiring piece of work! Dream big! I look forward to seeing what you can do with a big budget and studio backing! The talent and the vision is without a doubt there! All the best.
This is very thought provoking. It’s kind a like a matrix that some people do believe it’s possible. The film was very enjoyable and I agree that hopefully you will make a second part it’s definitely left wide open for one. I am a sci-fi freak so the more the merrier. And As said before congratulations on your award.
Proof that you do not need a 100 million dollar budget and A-list actors to produce a great film. This 25 minute film is better than most of the movies i have seen since the Matrix.
Immediately when I saw the electrode helmet I thought: "He is gonna have his brain sucked out"
I'm genuinely curious; what did this win awards for? "Award winning" seems to be the new click bait for a lot of film shorts these days.
I don't get it...
"Put the electrodes on your head and let technology do the rest." Sure. That sounds safe.
I believe this should become a mini series
Yeah, sure, I'll just walk deep into the woods and put electrodes on my head without a clue as to why.
I watched this quite a while ago and ran into it again today. It’s a fantastic story. I’m hoping that you will continue it as you have something that could go a long way. Thank you.
Baffled, stunned, flabbergasted and intrigued, at the same time! good work all! top notch!
