Chef ask q lang right after mag deep fry, pwd pa bang gamitin, ang mantika for d second..i mean yong gamit ng mantika pwd pa bang gamitin uli para ipang prito, kc sabi nkka pag coz daw ng cancer...
May available pa ba na libro mo chief?
chef paano po maiiwasan na mag-black or lumitaw ung blood residue pag nagluluto ng fried chicken lalo na pag drumstick.

Dapat maganda ang frying pan para even ang pag init ng mantika. Need makakas ang apoy mag malaking piraso ng food niluluto kasi lalamig ang oil pag na lagyan na ng pipritohin..once bumababa ang temp, inaabsorb ng food ang oil. Intead na ma prito agad

No. Not ideal. It has a low burning point
