Bistek Tagalog, SIMPOL!
Siguradong mapapa-extra rice ka sa #SIMPOL recipe natin na ‘bistek tagalog’! Mag ready na ng mga sangkap at lutuan, mga ka-SIMPOL!
Mga sangkap:
- 1/2 kilo beef tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 - 3 tbsp lemon or calamansi
- Brown Sugar
- 5 cloves garlic
- Ground black pepper
- 1 pc white onion
- cooking oil
Paraan ng pagluto:
1. Gamit ang chopping board, plastic wrap at meat mallet, i-tenderize ang karne ng baka.
2. Sa isang bowl, ibabad ang karne kasama ng toyo, kalamansi, pulang asukal, bawang at pamintang durog. Itabi.
3. Sa isang kawali, hiwalay na igisa ang puting sibuyas at sunod na i-sear o bahagyang iprito ang binabad na karne ng baka. Hanguin at itabi.
4. Sa parehas na kawali, ilagay ang mantika at iluto ang pinagbabaran ng karne o marinade sauce. Ihalo ang ginisang sibuyas at karne ng baka. Haluin at hayang kumulo hanggang lumambot ang karne.

You don't need a mallet or pound the meat. You can just marinate it with baking soda, soy sauce, lemon juice, and 7 up or brown sugar overnight.

Someone taught me a secret ingredient to make it malapot and I completely forgot. I thought Simpol would know. If anyone knows because it's the best Bistek, I've tasted, let me know that secret ingredient to make it malapot. Thniking if it's Chicken cubes or flour but it's something very unusual. Could be oyster sauce. Just forgot.

Just make a small amount of slurry, that is a mixture of cornstarch and water, or make a roux saute butter and flour.
sana po cnasabi din po nonyo o inilalagay ang measurement ng bawat ingredient.para kihang kuha talaga amg tan timpla. tjanks pp.
