Handa na pasok sa Pinoy panlasa?
Pwede rin bang pangpahaba ng buhay ang Palabok? Ngayon papalapit na ang pasko, idagdag na ninyo sa inyong handa ideas ang very #simpol Palabok recipe na ito. Siguradong magugusutuhan ng buong pamilya o barkada!
Ingredients:
Oil for sauteing
- 100g squid
- 100g Shrimp
Salt to taste
- 200g or 400g Pancit bihon
- Salt
Water for boiling
- Shrimp head
- 1 pc. Onion minced
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 300g Pork giniling
- ¼ Cup Annatto oil
- ¼ Cup butter
- 5 pcs. Cooked egg
Fish sauce and pepper to taste
Water and cornstarch mixture
For the stock
- Salt
- Water
- Shrimp head
- Bullion shrimp and pork
Toppings
- Chicharon
- Tinapa (smoked Fish)
- Shrimp
- Squid
- Fried tofu
Garnish
- Spring onion
- Calamansi

For sure masarap yan. Problem ko lang alergic ako sa shrimp. Pero magluluto ako nyan for my family na shrimp lovers

You can separate some sauce and toppings without shrimp just for you. Then the rest is for your Family.

You can alternatively Tinapa fish instead of shrimp much more tastier

Or you can also use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken just like my cousin, she has the same allergy as you. :D

Kung di naman severe ang allergic reaction mo, then you can take Ceterizine.
