@@BestEverLutongBahayRecipes ...I googled quickly the difference bet. pancit palabok fr pancit Malabon the former uses tiny noodles/sauce on top the latter bigger noodles /sauce mixed together w/ the noodles... excuse my rusty brain😕...more power to ur channel

Ang autentic talaga na pansit malabon ang mga sangkap ng panpalasa ay hipon, tinapang bangus, chicharon at taba ng talangka. Ang missing ingredients na talaga sa ngayon e yung taba ng talangka. Dati ang binibili ng tatay ko e yung Rosy's pancit malabon. Grabe nuon ang mga sahog ng pansit malabon. Hipon, baboy, talaba, pusit, tapos may may pechay. Sa loaded ng sahog dimu halos pansin yung noodles. Kaka miz yung panahon na yun kahit di kay lola rosy galing pansit kahit sa ibang pansit malabon pabonggahan sa sahog. Dinyo na malalasahan autentic na pancit malabon.

Mas Madali kase Kung mamasita ang gagamitin. Hindi yung maghapon kanang nada kusina. Yung fresh shrimps and tinapa ang nakakapaglimnam sa luto nya,secondary nalang yung sauce.

Naging spageti na sa dami ng sauce. At yung measurements ng ingredients hindi tama, tulad ng spring onion ang nakalagay 1/2 cup pero yung inilagay nyo parang nasa 2 cups na, yung patis 1 tbsp pero ang inilagay nyo puno yung sandok.
