With the sp24 coil, the pinpoint button becomes more redundant but when hunting someones lawn with the stock coil, I like to pinpoint, it saves making a mess out of the yard. Especially with deeper targets, like elbow deep. Which the Simplex is capable of. Thanks for the video! Garnet

I got frustrated with the sp28 today and put the sp24 on layaway, gonna cost me $18 a month and I'll be paying $25 more than its worth, but I think I'll really like the smaller coil

I was wondering, could you please explain how you can keep coming back to a spot and keep finding new (but not newly dropped) targets?

Every detectorist misses most targets...even if you swing slow and grid. Once you accept the fact that metal detecting is mostly luck...your luck will increase. No detector is magic!!

Which version were you using here? 2.77 or 2.78? And what's your recommendation for Simplex with SP24? Thanks for all your videos. Keep it up!
