Very cool and easy for most people to either replace their one or get a new one built. Thanks for the video

What’s the width of the trucks? Can the motor be positioned under the deck?

Very cool. I think y’all should make a hub motor version too. I’d like to see some new technology in hub motors . I think if there’s anyone who could do it, it’d be yall 😁😢

I think at this point we just love belt drives so much that we just stick with those. Hub motors can be awesome for specific applications though.

Is 3d printing the wheel pully better then the usual injection molded pully? Also do you plan to sell the stl file for the belt cover and the pullies for people who have their own printer?

3D printing wheel pulleys can work but I have not had great success with them. The spokes tend to snap off pretty easily unless printed at very high infill - even then though they can break. The injection molded glass filled nylon pulleys are very strong in comparison. We will make the stl files for the belt cover files available to people that purchase the kit

I’ve been using 3D printed PETG pulleys on a dual 6374 build for over a year now and they’re solid. It’s worth noting that I’ve printed them at 100% infill, otherwise I don’t think they would be strong enough. Also, the pulleys are bolted onto the wheel with 6 m5 bolts, because transferring the torque solely through the plastic spokes wouldn’t work.

6.5 HP? My man. Engines for bycicles produce about 2.3 HP. Guess I'll have to put some money in the piggy.
