Simple & Delicious Fresh Sweet Corn Kuih/Snack (No-Egg Recipe) 鲜甜玉米糕

Use freshly-picked sweet corn with other simple ingredients to make this fabulous, no-fail recipe at home. These delicious sweet corn kuih/snacks are great for breakfast or afternoon snack.
Ingredients 材料:
220 g (1½ cup) fresh sweet corn 鲜甜玉米粒
60 g (¼ cup) sugar 糖
180 ml (3/4 cup) full cream milk/ coconut milk 全脂牛奶/椰奶
60 g (½ cup) rice flour 粘米粉
20 g (2 tbsp) custard powder 蛋黄粉 / 卡仕达粉
Steam over medium heat for 40 minutes

Hi . Thanks for the great recipe’s. We have question to ask about the yeast processing. Can we just warm the steamer and off it once the steamer is hot. And keeping the batter inside to speed up the of double sizing it. Please advice. Thanks 🙏🏽

Another recipe for u all: Roast 1 cup of dessicated coconut( fresh coconut) for a minute. Add 1/3 cup milk. When the coconut has absorbed milk add 1/2 cup condensed milk and cardamon powder and sugar. When the paste has thickened turn off the flame and make balls of it. Let them become cool and enjoy. Note: be careful with the balls. They will be delicate.

Incrível, aqui no Brasil fazemos um prato típico chamado Pamonha, é cozido em água fervente num copinho feito com a própria palha do Milho verde. A diferença é que não usamos farinha, na receita, e vai gordura de porco ou manteiga e uma boa pitada de sal. É umas das comidas mais deliciosas do país. Um Abraço aqui do Brasil.!!!!!
