Your skin is flawless, and your bathroom looks amazing. Your right, less is more, keeping the skincare routine simple definitely is best. Diet, sleep, not smoking and drinking too much alcohol, plenty of water to flush out toxins in the body I think would help people with skin issues as well. Great vid

Also, change your pillow case often. Sometime we sweat and build up overtime will cause skin irritation. I also use a different face cloth everyday and my face cloth are separate from my bathing cloth. I use organic Rosewater as a toner and Burt's Bees fragrance free moisturizer. 🙂

I love the Black Girl Sunscreen, it really adds a glow to your skin. Great video, love the simplicity of your routine.

I wanted to love the Black Girl Sunscreen, but I had a pretty bad reaction to it. My dermatologist suggested going back to a mineral sunscreen and my skin went back to normal. I'm working on my consistency but I've been using Nivea and Thayers often thanks to your skincare videos and I notice a difference in my skin 🤗

Hello MsDee. Oh no, I am sorry that the Black Girl Sunscreen did not work for you, shortly after the video I was able to purchase some; so far I have not noticed any adverse reaction. I am so glad my video has helped and that your dermatologist was able to get you back on track.

Evening Jennifer! Recently I’ve had professional make up done 3x. In 2021 March - my wedding June - girlfriend’s wedding November - girlfriend’s wedding Aside from those times no. The makeup was okay but it did nothing for me. As a matter of fact when I came home from my make session preparing for our wedding David didn’t like it. I like the no makeup, makeup look but from what I understand it can take longer or is more complicated to do. It’s just one of those girly things I never got into.

Thank you for this, but what do you use for masking, exfoliating & do you get facials etc?

Good morning, - I currently do not use any facial masks - I do not get facials - I use a clear sonic for exfoliating and I used gentle exfoliation gloves in the shower.

I've been looking for a good retinol cream. Besides the one you used do you have any other recommendations?

I use to use a retinol it was in a white and burgundy bottle but I cannot remember the name of it

This was simple and doable! Is the sunscreen a mineral sunscreen?

Hello Britney! You brought this to my attention. I am speaking of the original, the blue tub. I have been using Nivea since I was a teenager, my mother uses it as well, and she flawless skin. I will say that it is lower on the ingredient list so it is not a main component.
