Since I'm from India, coconut oil, turmeric, honey, lemon etc are used for beauty benefits since ages.... My family's go to DIYs are below. 1. Honey and lemon mask. 2. Pinch of turmeric, gram flour, lemon n rose water. 3. Ripe papaya. Rub it all over face. 4. Sugar and tomato scrub. 5. Alovera. There are many Ayurvedic hurbs we use also. PS: your channel is great....keep it up.

I love the coffee scrub! I use it as well! One of my go to’s is tea tree oil! While it can be drying to the skin, it does help with unwanted acne, it’s a natural antiseptic, it’s good for a dry scalp and so much more!

Love this video, Holistic Esthetician approved : ) One thing that I love to do with my clients is to make a large batch of calming tea, strain it, then soak organic towels in the tea and this makes a lovely hot towel herbal face compress. These towels can be microwaved too for those wanting to create a lovely spa experience at home.

I loved this. I have been a holistic master esthetician for almost 4 decades ( I know I have said that). I teach beauty holistically and loving one’s self and accepting the journey in aging. No injectable’s or invasive procedures. Natural ingredients you have at home absolutely work. Castor oil for healing and hair growth Apple cider vinegar toners and drinking it for gut health. Turmeric for Melasma Manuka honey & aspirin masks for acne and thick dull skin. Just to name a few. Most of the products out there are simply said , filled with poor ingredients. I enjoyed seeing some of the items you use. Blessings M and everyone 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

Hi!!! First off THANK YOU!!!!! I know these stunning videos are works of art that take so much time to prepare. They are blessing my life and healing my soul - so thank you. I discovered you about a month ago and watching one of your KZread videos is now part of my daily morning routine because of how uplifting and soul-nourishing they are. This video is soo fun! I want to try all of it. But question: I cannot tell you how much money I have wasted trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner for myself. I (like you) have very long hair and it is a bit textured. I feel like all the shampoos I use no matter how natural and how much I try to rinse leave a residue. I would love to know what shampoo and conditioner you use and I would also love to know how often you shampoo your hair each week. Thank you again!

A couple years ago I switched from store-bought facial cleansers and moisturizers to using oat flour, rye flour, and chickpea flour as a cleanser and jojoba oil as a moisturizer. I should try your mask because I loved the effects of turmeric.

I love the tea bag idea. I also brew tea for my hair and also plants. It helps with growth both for our hair and plants. I do it maybe once a month.

Coffee scrub is great because it's good at blood circulation aside from it being a natural exfoliator and the smell is very relaxing.

My favourite is cutting the aloe Vera gel from a stem, freeze it, and then use it on my skin at night. I use a tiny cube each night. The aloe is super healing and it is one of my favourite simple skincare. I sometimes follow the aloe with a serum

As much as i love this… I’ve learned the hard way to leave kitchen ingredients in the kitchen and not on my skin!! (Coffee and sugar are the worst thing to use as an exfoliant because of the uneven cut) I love how therapeutic your videos are though 💓

Same and its SO messy. I rather not do most of these things. Too time consuming and then have to clean up afterwards. But thats just me. I’m very happy these things work for her. They look fun and therapeudic for her so I love.

I was going to say, my hairdressers said coconut oil is actually not good for your hair, and it’s REALLY bad for the plumbing in your house. I was bummed cause I used to use it regularly too!

@@michellebraddock6671 That’s the best thing you could have done. You asked someone with more knowledge and saved yourself a lot of trouble. Some things look really aesthetically and trendy. However, when it comes to skin and hair, it’s always best to ask someone who specializes in them.

I really love making a mask with matcha green tea. I will sometimes use a bit of honey and olive or coconut oil and put it on my face for 5-30 minutes. It's a great antioxidant for the face and helps me with any blemishes. It is also great a great moisturizer when I need it especially when it is dry and cold. For an exfoliating mask i will use ground coffee and again olive or coconut oil. It gets rid of dead skin and also moisturizes my skin I leave it on for about 5 minutes. Thanks for sharing your beauty tips. I will have to try the sock curl trick.

Hi, saw your video today. It’s so soothing, just a small tip for the turmeric mask don’t use a whole spoon, a pinch of turmeric will do the job and try to get ( Kasturi turmeric) Curcuma Aromatica it’s used in beauty products. The normal cooking turmeric leaves stain. Have a gud day🙂.
