Simple and easy to make Citron Tea or Yuzu tea (Yuja Cha/ 유자차)

A popular Korean tea made with yuzu and sugar, known as yuja-cheong (육자첯), yuzu marmalade.
It is known as yuja-cha in Korea or sold in bottles as citron tea.
How to make yuja-cha? Just mix yuja-cheong with hot water and drink.
Good beverage to have in winter.

I really love this tea. Will definitely try your recipe. What's the correct way to store it. I kept my store bought jar at room temperature.

Thank you Sandra :) I store mine in the fridge. Store-bought jar may have preservatives hence it is ok to be at room temperature.
If you use the pith will it make the tea bitter?

yes you can sans the fragrance of yuzu that is all :)
