If Real Madrid were to actually add both Mbappe and Haaland to their current team, like I genuinely believe is their plan next summer, I just don’t see any team in the world stopping them from dominating, FOR YEARS. Haaland has a €100ml buyout clause next summer to any team outside of the Premier League and Mbappe can leave PSG for free, so they could get them both for €100ml plus whatever Mbappe will except as a signing on fee. Therefore, I could without a doubt see them signing both, and for somewhere between €150ml to €200ml and then keep them together, along with Bellingham and Vinny JR for the next 10 years and then dominate world football, just like Barcelona did a decade ago.

you're looking at it like it's fifa career mode. Madrid won't be signing both, especially in the same transfer window. They learned that lesson the hard way when they signed kaka and Ronaldo in the same window. You don't get the marketing benefits of both players when you sign them in the same window, so it just isn't worth the outlay. Then there's the tactical element you've overlooked. Madrid already have Vinicius as the LW, so when they sign mbappe he'd have to play centrally. There would be no wisdom in also signing Haaland for the same position. Unless you're suggesting they shunt mbappe to his least favourite position on the right, which it's doubtful he'd be happy with. Considering the amount of money they'll be paying mbappe, and considering he's an egotistical little princess, it probably isn't the best idea to immediately upset him by playing him wide right
