Got this guy in hand today, and overall I must say that it is an awesome looking figure! The downside is that the chrome finish has rubbed off already after I changed the arms out the first time! You will need to get some touch up paint for this guy! Another downside is that this version has less accessories than the original: no wrist band, no shoulder blast effects, only one version of Tally Hawk. For the price, he should've come with everyrhing the original has!

Looks good Jay but Brian Flynn mentioned sales for these are not what they expected so it's the plans on making more toy versions are not something we will see in the near future...😎☕️💡👍

Would've considered the high price for this if they made it silver and not gun metal

This was a calculated business move that didn't go well with Brian. He knew if he gave you the toy versions first, the toon versions wouldn't sell as many.

If you go back, interviewers ask him and he says things like "These aren't those versions" or "It's very difficult to do vac metal on this type of figure" but the only people who ever say Super7 can't do them are the interviewers trying to interpret Flynn's non-answers.

It's *already* scratched with black lines, out of the package? And why is the silver tone so *dark* compared to the vintage? That's HORRIBLE.

Love this figure but a little bit of the vac metal already popped off mine in the shoulder joints. Only had it out of the package for a couple minutes too. Still a beautiful figure but definitely be very careful.

The funny thing is I don't even remember ordering it through Super7. I only had it on order through Amazon. It didn't even have a slipcover on it either like all Super7 figures have. I'm starting to think it was a mistake that they sent it out.

Nice review! Quicksilver doesn’t even look like his toy counterpart🤦🏻‍♂️ Although he looks cool but not nostalgic cool. Also,they should have included the toy head. I passed on this whole wave and I’m glad I did.

preordered both and looking forward to getting them from BBTS in the next week.

After super7 said they couldn’t do vac then did it lost me as a customer

Dog gone and I went out and got the gray colored one…I still like it though but, the shiny ones looks so much better to me.

Jay... do you know if the new vac metal quicksilver has his scale corrected? Cause he is kinda large compared to the rest of the team... Steelwill is suppose to be bigger but quicksilver is as big as steelwill...

I just got billed for mine and they are sold out sadly for those that did not preorder but BBTS just billed me for over $800 in the last few days! Ouch! Good news is that My BBTS preorders are down from over 100 to only around 40

Way too dark. That would make a great Darkbird but that is not Quicksilver. Should have been brighter silver if they were matching the original toys. They have really botched this line.

Boo! I prefer the cartoon versions which were 55 versus 65 dollars vac metal repaints of things I've already bought twice so I could have them standing and in flight mode so i support Super 7 alot but we need a full roster of regular hawks and baddies before any more of these delicate toys are made 💯

Man how can you praise super7? Bro you haven't even held those figures in your hands and you are giving them props? C'mon men, need to be more objective Remember is super7... till this day i havent seen any fogure where the havent messed up someway.

I collect MOTU Classics and Thundercats Ultimates. Thanks to Super7 for those amazing: Snake Mountain, Fang-Or,Lodar, Stridor, 1987 movie figures!, Thundertank, MummRa,Monkian, Slithe(best figure of that year), Tygra,LionO,Jaga, Classics Ultimates, Club Grayskull. They made mistakes, like every single company. Love their job👏👏
