Silent Solo Hiking 6 Days in Jotunheimen Norway
At the end of June I hiked 100 km alone in Jotunheimen National Park in Norway. Jotunheimen with its great nature, lots of reindeer and stones, waterfalls and endless expanses of snow will definitely stay in my memory for a long time.
I hope I was able to bring some kind of relaxation and calmness into your life with this video. I would also be happy if it gives you self-confidence, maybe going on a hike yourself.
If you have done this hike before or will do it in the future, please let me know your experience in the comments.

One of the best if not even the best outdoor video I ever see. No influencer blabla, no clickbait, not Narzismn. Just the beauty and the emotional feelings of this awesome country. You did everything right in this video
As a Norwegian myself. This is the way the nature of Norway should be experienced. Clean, simple an minimalistic. This is the right approach to connect with the nature of Norway.

I fully agree with you
Thank you for making this video! I did this hike exactly 40 years ago at the end of a year long student exchange program in Norway. I have always wanted to return to this magical place and you made that possible for me. I don't know if I will actually ever return to hike here in person but it was great to see it again through your experience.

Thanks man. Yes, I really enjoy it, let's see what the future holds.
I've ways loved watching videos of the outdoors, especially small groups of people or solo hikers going on a big trail with just tents and their backpacks... Would really love to visit places like the one you visited. You rarely see views so breathtaking in warmer climates. I feel at peace watching practically any stream of cold pure water running. There is nothing like this for me. I am incredibly thankful to you for making this video. It is really beautiful and also inspiring for others to take up such a lifestyle.

absolutely in love with your style of filmmaking. What camera did you use?
Hi Jasper thanks for the beautifull video! Can i ask you how happy you where with hiking in boots for this trip? I am planning on hiking the massiv trail and debating between boots vs trail runners. Thanks in advance!
Sieht echt illegal aus, da sein Zelt aufzuschlagen. Insofern war ich echt froh, die anderen Hiker zu sehen. Super Video. Auch gute Soundauswahl.

No need to filter that water, that’s the benefit of Norwegian mountains!😊
Jesper, this video is amazing. And very inspirational. Few days hike in Jotunheimen is still on my bucket list. I love to hike as well, but all the time struggle with longer trips. Always have doubts what to pack to the backpack, what can be necessary, what not. Do you have any advice? What was in Your backpack on this trip. How heavy was it?
hello man , i would like you to suggest - to increase the brightness of video's (little more), and it is awsome😍
Cool video, Jesper. Can I ask what camera did you use?
Thanks for sharing! What a great experience it must have been. I'm going there with two friends in a week's time from Copenhagen. Do you have any advices on how to deal with the water supply? We're going there for a total of five days.
Love this Video, tanks for sharing us this awesome journey! What bottle did you use, it‘s there kind of a filter in it?

Nice video, how was the cold(nigths) in june? Did you have a lot of problems with the snow? Im planning a trip in june, but im not sure because of the cold/snow
Great experience and video! I will do The same hike this summer, wich tent did you have used? Do you some advice on what is absolutely necessary? Thank you 😊
@JesperFeldmann
Жыл бұрын
Thanks! The tent was a MT900 2P from Decathlon. My advice: Have fun on the Trail!
Some maps of the area where you walked please. Where you started the route, please post some details. I don't know anything about Norway.
Is this a route (the route that you link to Alltrails) that you have made yourself? Or is it an "official" route?
This is such a beautiful and relaxing video. May I ask what tent you went for in this video ?
@JesperFeldmann
Жыл бұрын
Thank you, I appreciate it. Yes of course. At this trip I used a 2 person tent from Decathlon, its called MT900. Price performance ratio is very good. I can really recommend it.

hi, what was your backpack weight at the beginning?
@JesperFeldmann
Жыл бұрын
Vielen Dank!

I only speak Ukrainian. I am using google translator. Therefore, please excuse me if the translation is bad! I am from Western Ukraine. I am a nurse and I save lives. I live now in Germany. I need a lawyer to file, with other disabled citizens of Ukraine, a lawsuit against Norway. My husband, a Ukrainian (oil worker, human rights activist) became disabled as a result of his defense of the rights of other people (Norwegian and Russian media for 9 years). My husband fought corruption in the Russian oil giant, which was headed by the founder of the 6th Directorate of the FSB and the ex-Chancellor of Germany. My husband defended the rights of disabled people and Ukrainians in Norway against Russian-speaking citizens of this NATO country. The Norwegians took my disabled husband to Moscow AFTER: anti-war pickets of my husband in the Russian Federation, his defense of the rights of Ukrainians in Norway, the issuance of documents to my husband by the Norwegian Red Cross for his close relatives (Polish servicemen repressed by the Russians), sentencing his defender to prison (in married to a citizen of Finland for 25 years) in Belarus, who reported the crime of the Norwegians against the Ukrainians and was recognized as a Political prisoner. My husband and his lawyer warned the Norwegians about the coming war, but they did not believe him. The husband was kidnapped and the war began. And after the war began, the Norwegians do NOT admit their mistakes! Unlike the Swedes, the Norwegians DO NOT LIKE to admit their mistakes even when the Chechen refugees deported by the Norwegians were killed in the Russian Federation (Norwegian media).SSSSS
