Reminds me a lot of MovNat and Original Strength (although I imagine it came first). Very nicely put together set, I'll bet it could go a long way toward helping older adults stay limber and springy. I'm going to start incorporating it into my routine. Thank you for providing such a well staged and framed example.

Some krav maga level 1 , and yoga movements here, I've trained most systems. Love silat. Working on setting up the perfect "start the day" routine.... Some good stuff here. Thanks.
