Stocked trout are meant to be harvested and along with that they are all sterile meaning that they cannot reproduce. With him laying the trout on the hard concrete dam it destroyed the fishes slime coat so that trophy trout is dead and died for no reason. The man is also an idiot for getting that close to a bear that obviously has no fear of humans

This is what I watch when I'm away from my boys. Reminds me how blessed I am to be their dad.

No ! Don't lays it on cement , then let it go. Trout have a protective slime layer that protects their skin from infection....and you just wiped it off. Please keep future fish in a net or water release. Nice catch however !

I believe they came from sportman's warehouse. However, I normally jig berkeley atomic teazers/tubes which seam to work the best on trout and panfish. You can pick some up at walmart.

Actually had one in my pocket! Brought my rifle too, but wasn't too sure about the legality plus there were people near by. Lol!
