Love this for black women. We’re taught to struggle, grind and work away some of our most vibrant years. It’s time to shed this overworked and stressed culture so we can embrace our truest nature and live life freely!

I'm a dentist who just moved my family to the Caribean at 45. I do some teledentistry and approve dental insurance claims on the side. Every couple of months I return to the US to practice for up to 2 weeks to fill in for dentists on vacation or on medical leave. Your video hit the nail on the head. Take your current skill set to generate side income, move to a foreign country to reduce expenses and enjoy all the extra free time to better yourself.

I know a millionaire dentist who has rental property as a form of income. She wouldn't help a friend for free. She rented a room in her house to a friend in need. She charged close to what a one bedroom apartment would cost.
My friend told me that “money is fluid…it will flow to you when you need it” and it changed my life.

You are a God send! Because of you more black women are going to finally live the life that they dream of. Living abroad, traveling the world, owning property overseas, starting a business overseas, finding love abroad. You are doing the Lord's work. Thank you so much😃
When you used hula hooping as a “random” example my mouth dropped because I’m a professional hula hooper and I started a side hustle making hula hoop courses, they’ve done pretty well but I’ve been trying to make it more of a sustainable income. I feel blessed to my core. When I saw this video I thought I saved it to “watch later” but I couldn’t find it and so I searched for a while from what I remembered from the title and finally found it. You definitely have a new supporter, thank you sis!

I hear you Lisa! My work as an artist was incredible before relocating to Texas. I had several streams of income but I stayed in the "River." The racism is intolerable! I am so pleased to see so many women being able to step away from the abusive grind of working for "the man". Keep doing what you're doing! 💕
I so agree with “hard work doesn’t equal more money”
...it's really hard knowing who you are and who you want to be when you're busy working hard (at a job)...words to grow by👏👏👏
Your 'single river instead of multiple streams' directive felt like timely affirmation 🙏🏽
YOU HAVE ME NOW! In an abusive roommate situation. It is sad and hindering. I have a cleaning company, I do not enjoy this part of me, it is how I ended up doing what I do best, because it is the right thing to do. It has lost its value. Needing to relocate away from this space. Becoming a HOUSE SITTER will help me save myself, quickly, peacefully, privately! Getting down off this cross and giving those people their wood back!! Thank you! I will keep you updated. Your shine is so personable and calming. See you at EXODUS!!
Multiple streams and rivers of income is now a necessity due to the shaky economy and racism in amerikkka we need to all get on board with this.😍

I’m not a black woman - I’m a black man and started creating side hustles just after my 59th birthday. 18 months later I’m at 4 separate streams I eventually would like to get to 10…..they are only making modest amounts at the moment, but it’s a start. It’s never to late to start…in fact retirement might be the perfect time to get going. Personally I think you should just go for it, what’s the worse that could happen?

I'm an Artist, always felt I was a really good artist but I always doubted myself because the art industry is very hard to get yourself out there for many reasons. Aswell as i have severe anxiety and social anxiety.. All my friends say I should put myself out there which I've always doubted myself because I felt I was never enough. I've tried to apply for many jobs, to no avail so I really feel like I'm not going to have any luck still with that so I will take your advice and keep drawing every day and posting more often.

I completely agree with your '1 River' point Stephanie! I had a serious case of DTM (doing too much) 😅, and the second I pulled back to focus on my river, income streams started to flow to me more effortlessly. 🌊 In my case the river has been app development services for small businesses, communities, and influencers - which I think more Black women can make money getting into if they're creative and techies 🌊

The way you talk is the way I've always tried to live. Love your one river suggestion and Alignment!! At present my social security check is very small because I did contract work all of my life, so I don't have the freedom to wait for a "side hustle" to grow and sustain me. I have to work to pay the rent in my senior years. Not fun. The freedom of not having to punch in but make money on my own to sustain my living is what I prefer to do as an artist and I'm working to get back to that desirable place. Thank you so much for the authentic sharing. Glad I found you! Much appreciated!🙏🏽
I really loved this. As a brown woman, I can honestly resonate with what you have said, even as I still work a day job (one that is not in alignment). This gives me hope I can do what I am here for. Blessings 🌿

You are so right about the chain of organization. The people at the top never work as hard as the ones at the bottom of that chain. I am trying to slow down mostly because I realize I am in the retirement frame of mind and also because I don't feel appreciated. I don't like to work half A_ _. I like to give my best at all I do and then some. Unfortunately I look around me and too many people are slacking. So why I am trying to be the great team player. I am learning to pull back. I am giving a lot of thought to the best side hustle for me.
