And Hogan that guy would throw a fit from former wrestlers telling it and wouldn't do a job for anybody until the end of his career. Like Sid at the Rumble he gets tossed fair and square. Then he yanks Sid out of the ring that was a reoccurring thing through out his career check the tapes. Sore loser and he was supposed to be a shining example for kids back in those days. Then the Taker deal when he whined cause he lost the title and Taker supposedly hurt him ahh b.s. He couldn't even let the young Taker bask in winning the title. Then 6 days later has to look weak and drop it right back to Hogan to make him happy. I somehow still like him but when you look back your like damn he's a weasel and it seems Flair was no different at the time. All about themselves and wanting that money and fame.

Mr.Sid has no reason to LIE! He was a good worker and really put people in the SEATS period and I was there to see it,he was the real deal.Remember Flair wanted no one to really get to much over him and Did, earned every bit of his hard work.Thank You,Mr.Sid!

For anyone wondering just how over he was go back and watch Monday Night Raw, July 29th 1996 and listen to the crowd when he comes out. His whole character was supposed to be a psychotic heel but they had to turn him baby face because he was getting better reactions than then WWF champion & top baby face Shawn Michaels.

Vince booked Sid at the top of his card TWICE. He gave Flair that run in 92 and he was like a "special attraction" when he got back. I think that kind of proves who was perceived as more valuable in the 90s. Flairs run ended with Vader in SC 93 imo. He was powered down after that. Fodder for Hogan.

I've heard Ric talk about Sid quite a few times never heard him use the word embarrassment when talking about Sid I heard him say on a few occasions that he had the look the physique was a pretty good talker and promo guy but didn't quite live up to his potential he should have been champion more than he was if he would have been more of a team player

The quote comes directly from the WWE's 4 Horsemen DVD. Ric did say it. But during that segment they also talked about the stabbing incident with Arn. That's where I believe Ric still harbors most of his resentment towards Sid.
