Funny name for such a huge wild ocean. Pacific. Our home province in Canada - British Columbia - looks out over the mighty Pacific Ocean - so we know it is anything but pacific. And so do the people of Siargao Island, Mindanao. Cristina and I went on a tricycle voyage along the Pacific side of Siargao never really knowing what was going to happen next. Tossed by waves, awed by sweeping fields and forests we drove, walked and swam our way through another great day in paradise.
