The couch stretch and pigeon pose have worked great for my lower back injury. I also do a psoas smash because it seems to be chronically tight according to many athletes. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for uploading frequent videos again. Your knowledge is the reason why I can still find hope in powerlifting despite my past injuries. Any advice for pain radiating from that si joint to my left hamstring?

I started the hip primer just a couple days ago and my hips have already started to feel better than they have in months. I've never had/seen a program address internal/external rotation of the hips despite how important it is, and I had not idea how much I was lacking until I couldn't hold my leg down in the damn pigeon pose! This shits the real deal, and I'm already sold on trying your other pre-scripts. Thank you for changing the way shit gets done

I mainly feel the QL stretch in my lats, but damn it's a good stretch. I feel like I had better luck targeting the QL with myofascial release. Great video though, woke up with a decent amount of SI pain this morning and did these stretches along with some cat cows with good results.

When would we to implement these stretches vs. implementing stability exercises to address the SI? Are we looking for certain signs and symptoms or would t be more of a time line thing? Loving the frequency of uploads lately!

Dluu22 that was on mind too. In my case the si joint was to mobile or at least needed to strength and stabilize the surrounding muscles. I did reverse leg raise while contracting the abs with some rotational work.

Hi . Excellent presentation there. I want to share my problem. Maybe you can give me some advice. had an injury 3 years ago in the gym. I was doing the fixed bar lift with heavy plates. I think the place where i feel the pain is called the SI area. Its the lowest part of the backbone. An inch down in the hips area. I occasionally have neck and headaches and im sure its because of that injury in the gym. Whenever i sit on hard surfaces i get this pain. I feel there's an inflammation. It goes away if i get a massage or take some painkiller. But its recurring.i feel pain in the SI area as well and have headache at same time. Its really annoying. Would it be possible to give me some advice.

So if my SI joint is unstable, and my QL, Psoas and Glute med are tight, does that mean that those muscles are trying to stabilize the SI joint? and if so, doe we stretch those muscles? Thanks Doc!

I need a translator. Every other word you say is a word I dont understand! I understand the stretches but you may as well be speaking Japanese :D It isnt a bad thing, I believe everything you say is genuinely true and researched and great for me. Maybe a 2nd youtube channel where you use the same video, but voice over it with "layman" terms for people like me! lol
