I'm proud of you!! I'm doing at home workouts to work up the courage to start going to the gym hopefully soon, so I'm doing this in my living room while my cat is wondering what the actual fuck I'm doing haha. I used to box weekly couple years ago but now I've been super inactive because of my mental health and other reasons but I'm really trying to get back in shape again. :) How are you doing now? Do you still use this work out and how has it worked out for you? ((semi intentional pun)) Do you mind sharing other workouts you found helpful when starting out? I hope you're doing great, have a good day! ♡

Great exercises! One recommendation for beginners would be to not do everything on one day. Usually people recommend the PPL split where you do triceps, shoulders, and your chest on one day, your back and biceps one another and your lower body on the last. So technically, you could do the first 4 exercises on one day and the rest on another. Just a tip! But man those exercises are fire 🔥

@@Esharajesh199 hello! I am a beginner as well. To answer your question, if I am not wrong, arm workouts help you to reduce your fat in your arms. After the fat has been reduced, the muscles in your arms will then be worked on, toning them. If you just want to tone your arms, then use 3-5kg weighted dumbells. They will be enough for you to tone your arm muscles.

I recommend using a weight that feels challenging for you! If you’re struggling to get 6-8 reps then lower the weight. You should be able to get around 10-12 reps in of the weight that you choose. If you’re getting over that 10-12 rep range then up your weight!

How do you count the L raises? Like is it both arms = 1 count OR one arm up = 1 count and then the other is another count?
