It’s without a doubt the badge system for me I can deal with lag not being able to hit shots and all the outrageously priced items and all that other bull shit but man having a bad game or even having a good game and still losing badges makes me want to jump out a window seriously. I would genuinely love to sit down with Mike Wang and go wtf was ya thinking by bringing this prepetual pain and suffering of the badge grind year around on us

I knew I wasn't the only one, Ive actually spent time trying to learn the dribbling techniques in the game and got pretty good at them, and when I iso on the perimeter to get open my player would create the necessary space needed to get open, but somehow the defender gets miraculous coverage at the peak of my jumpshot. And then I get shot feedback like very late, 70% contested, when the defender is NOWHERE nesr me😂Like WHAT

I also hate that 2k doesnt have any competition currently so they know they dont have to try to develop or improve the next game since they pretty much have the license

The dribble spammers that behind the back directly to you and don't lose the ball. But 2k had an animation where u throw the ball forward and if it hits someone you lose the ball

Unless you have speed with the ball on 90+ getting an open fast break dunk is damn near impossible

Glad TBH really pointed out how much it's holding back games to keep developing for the previous generation from a decade ago. Even the entire new modern warfare trilogy came out for the old consoles and I couldn't help but think how much better modern warfare 2 would have been had it not been developed for a janky old PS4/x1

The PC is more powerful than any console out, but they still get last gen graphics…

All sports games have devolved into cash grabs the developers don’t update at all. It’s really sad to watch because I used to buy games every year but now I only really have game pass because paying full price for roster updates is an absolute joke.

Another thing I really hate about 2k24 is how much you have to do to get the accelerator takeover perk. I really struggle with this because I have a lockdown build and some of the challenges are just things I wont do in game most times. The requirement for accelerator is you have to unlock all the other takeover perks which some of those challenges are things my build may struggle to complete such as the challenge for the "Stay Warm" takeover perk which you have to shoot 6 times while shooting 80% or better (in park and streetball btw). Another one of the takeover perk challenges is to have 50 fast breaks well defended, and I'm not sure how they track the progress for this challenge but I only have 1/50 for that challenge and I'm pretty sure I've defended a lot more fast breaks than that.

Mr. Maybe was giving me real problems😂 it’s the fact his team is basically 3 Draymond Greens

Also one more is having to wait for certain seasons to happen just to pick a release or jumpshot base

NBA2k might have to do what WWE2k did and sit out a year work on the game then come back or just try to remake or remaster NBA street
