SHRIMP SALAD with PONKAN🍊 | 椪柑虾 | 在家简单做【年菜】头盘(冷盘)出这道最适合了 | Mr. Hong Kitchen

阿鸿上菜咯 这道是很特别也很有新年气氛的一道冷盘菜椪柑虾 采用了台湾椪柑来制作 希望大家会喜欢
• 鸡肉料理 Chicken Recipe

• 猪肉料理 Pork Recipe
• 饭类 粉类 面类料理 Rice/Noodle...
• 点心/小吃
• 海鲜料理 Seafood Recipe
• 蛋类料理 Egg Recipe
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Prawn medium size, 10pcs. Devein and cook, then remove shells and leave the tail. Leave in the fridge
2. Ponkan, Mandarin orange 🍊squeeze the juice out and mix with 1tsp sugar. Cook under low heat for 5min. Set aside to cool. Add 50g mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Ponkan skin, slice thinly
4. Japanese cucumber, diced
5. Cherry tomatoes 3pcs, cut smaller
6. Ponkan, Mandarin orange 🍊cut smaller
Method
1. Combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, ponkan and orange sauce in a bowl and mix well. Place on a plate
2. Mix the prawn with little orange sauce and place on the salad
3. Garnish with ponkan skin
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
