Shrimp Paste (Belacan) | Musim Bubuk (Krill Shrimp Season) Di Bandaraya Miri , Sarawak
not a vlog , just showing the process of making shrimp paste (belacan) as it is locally called here
this simple video took awhile to film as its the process of drying the tiny shrimp can take days depend on the weather condition , some days are cloudy and some days are hot sunny blue sky.
it actually took a week long and I had to go through all the videos before editing them

Tablespoonful cooked in boiling oil then pour into steaming hot white rice, mix well and dig in. I am in heaven.
