That was a good tip for the Knorr. I am used to the Knorr having chicken, did not know about the shrimp. Places where I buy shrimp does not have the heads. As usual a very good video Lorrie.

Lorrie that soup looks yummy! I've never had bisque. I have frozen peeled & deveined uncooked shrimp in the freezer. What do you suggest I do for those in the process? I have Moscato wine but can get dry wine if that would be better. Many Blessings to you and Roger!

I'd simply defrost, and cook them in the soup. Shrimp doesn't take long to cook as you know. Moscato is a sweet wine, I think it would lend a nice touch to this soup. 🥰
