That started since the I need you era, its just hit diifferent than now (I dont complain!) just this era was something.

i like BTS voice Jin and Jk especially, so for me really don't matter in what instrumental they be singing over if a like the beat is a plus haha BTS be all over the place in genres

It was originally gonna be I need u friend but it didn't went well unlike I need you girl so they used I need u girl instead!

Sobre la letra, originalmente iba a ser”I need you friend” Que encaja perfecto con la historia que cuentan un grupo de amigos, que se enfrentan a distintos problemas que afectan a los jóvenes, problemas de Salud metal , violencia domestica( V mata a su padre porque este abusa de su hermana) autolesion o bulling, pobreza etc. pero juntos sienten alivio y se evaden un poco de su realidad personal o familiar. Pero musicalmente parece que sintieron que sonaba mejor “girl” y de ahí el estribillo…

De hecho SUGA trabaja mas en el rol de productor que RM, ha producido muchísimas canciones a otros artistas famosos que le han pedido su colaboración. Y por supuesto ha producido incluso álbumes completos de BTS . Recibió un premio de hecho por su reconocida labor de productor

Y si queréis ver si BTS tiene algún problema con sus voces en la actualidad podéis ver las miles de actuaciones en vivo de Dynamite por poner un ejemplo de canción reciente … o “Take two“ es un MV de una actuación en vivo para celebrar su 10 aniversario con Army, que sacaron el verano pasado. Es una canción preciosa, donde se ve la calidad de las voces de todos. Es que hay tantas actuaciones en vivo de estos 10 años donde ellos se salen cantando increíble, que me rechina q alguien piense que necesitan autotune o procesar sus voces. Ahora aún cantan mucho mejor que cuando empezaron…

Descubrir “I need you” por una cover, es semejante a descubrir el “Thriller” de Michel Jackson por una cover y creer que es mejor que el original.🤦🏼‍♀️Esta canción fue un punto de inflexión en la carrera de BTS, aunque en el 2013 ganaron el premio a mejor grupo revelación. No fue hasta el 2015 con “I need you” que ganaron todos los programas de música de Corea, donde todos los grupos de K-pop presentan sus canciones nuevas. Y desde entonces encadenaron victoria tras victoria con cada canción nueva que sacaban y repercusión internacional . Pasaron a ser el grupo más famoso y exitoso por encima de grupos que eran fuertes entonces como EXO y en las galas de premiaciones empezaron a arrasar con todos los premios! Y todo ocurrió “con I need you” por la calidad de la canción y por la profundidad de su mensaje y la historia del MV. Es icónica para Army, así que sentí que lo poco que sabéis de ella es muy triste!
