It's been forever and a day since I last watched this. Forgot how funny it is. A super comedic, satire of Tarzan and Brendan is doing an amazing job in this. And now I feel like watching Encino Man. You should do that one if you can.

Gotta love the Swahili guys they make up like half the movie😂❤

I've always adored this movie. Especially the way it's like the epitome of the female gaze.

I had/have the biggest crush on George. Also there is a part 2 to this movie

Great reaction. Brendon did several movies before he left acting for years. He did one with Josh Hutcherson (Peeta in Hunger Games) Journey to the Center of the Earth. Josh also has quite a few other movies from when he was still a child actor that could be fun for your audience. There is the followup Journey 2 Mysterious Island with Dwayne Johnson that gets quite funny as well for starters.

Dudely Do-Right is another live action adaptationof a cartoon with Brendan Fraser as the main character.

I loved this movie so much as a kid. Great reaction guys

This has to be one of the all-time best romcom of my childhood/the 90s

I love this movie so much ❤️❤️I remember loved watching it a lot when I was kid and it’s another Brendan Frasier movie I really love where he looks extra cute 🥰❤️ the story is fantastic and funny 🤣 I love all the characters especially Lyle who I think is great villain 😊 and I love George and Ursula’s relationship I think there great together there chemistry is amazing and I love that they get married at the end 🥰 and also fun fact Leslie Mann actually developed a crush with Brendan because of this movie. Also Leslie Mann never seems to age she still looks the same as when this movie came out 👍 so happy you guys got to react to this movie and can’t wait to see what you have in store next 😊😁😉

I always did love this movie when I was a 90's kid!🤣 Also there was one more part you missed at the end...THE APE SINGING IN LAS VEGAS!!!😃😂

Started watching this through my break and watched bits ad I made my way through my shift 😅 also love that you're watching more of Leslie Mann, you guys should watch The Other Woman 🫶

This movie was always really interesting to me because it's so similar to Tarzan and I feel like they got the inspiration for this movie from Tarzan, there are so many similar plot points right down to him having a girlfriend like Tarzan has Jane, George has someone too and there are so many similarities right down to how in one of the Tarzan sequels he goes to try and fit in with her friends and the real world which also happens in one of The George and the jungle movies I believe that there are three of them and George the jungle is basically the live action Tarzan that expand on the whole Tarzan world where he starts off in the jungle a monkey man then he meets a girl and shows her his life and then she shows him her life teaches him how to speak and Then unlike in Tarzan in these trilogies they even expand it so far as he leaves the jungle to go into her world but has a hard time fitting then goes back to his world and just like with Tarzan he still stays with the girl and I think they even have kids in one of the sequels as well so it's just Tarzan but live action basically that's how I always thought of it, I don't know if it's a rip off of Tarzan or inspired by Tarzan, but these movies were definitely very similar.

Okay tookie is clearly a smart bird how the hell did he know that George went to San Francisco not to mention he knew exactly where to find him in the City

Loved watching this with my family when I was little ❤ glad you liked it!

This was only seen on the Patreon unedited version, but I want someone to help figure out what a "White Ape" alcohol drink should be. (I know there is an actual drink called that made with hot chocolate, but I want to make something that matches better with the name.) Sam and Maria thought it should be something vodka based, but I want it to be white rum infused with vanilla. I don't like coconut, but am trying to think of something clear or white to add that would work with the visual. 😂 I sorta want to make it be white rum and vanilla ice cream, but it does not seem special enough.

I am surprised at how stumped I am about figuring out a beverage that if not white, is at least a very pale/light color. I keep thinking of things that would taste good together, but it would make the drink an orange/red or brown color.

You should also check out Dudley Do Right with Brendan Fraser. It was another movie he did that was based off the cartoon that the same production company made that did George Of The Jungle and Rocky And Bullwinkle! It deserves the same cult status as this movie!

Out of curiosity, have you both seen encino man (california man outside of the US)? If not you really need to react to it. Hilarious Brendan Fraser movie.

It's been a long time since I saw this when it was new. I really don't remember much about it other than Brendon Frasier was adorable as this character. I did prefer him in Encino Man (1992), and loved him in Blast From the Past (1999).

Another great Brendan option is Blast From the Past in 1999. Alicia Silverstone, Christopher Walken, and sissy Spacek. Would love to see you guys check it out.
