    You know it's a big piece of equipment when a ladder is built into the boom arm. It's a beast.

    I found this video really interesting, man that shovel is a beast. I looked up your location - man you have a lot of mines in your locale! I'm all the way down under in New Zealand, I think most of the coal mines here are underground but not sure to be honest. Thanks for your video.

    Looks fun for a bit, but I bet doing this all day every week it must get pretty boring. Bet the operator is glad when there's a breakdown 😁

    Is that bucket closed mechanically or by gravity?

  • @manofausagain

    @manofausagain

    2 жыл бұрын

    It's called a dipper, gravity closes it. Has a latch bar which hangs verticle, and a latch lever which is pulled up with the pulley and rope. The clunk you can hear is the latch riding upand locking into the dipper.

    How many yards is that bucket? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I saw 35 on the side of the haul truck, I assume thats how many yards it can haul. So, a 9 yard bucket?

    El ingeniero que diseño está máquina puede tener sufrimiento escondido que uno que murió quemado en un volcán de Pompeya por su conecsionsion mahomatica y para quitarse este sufrimiento de hace siglos diseña está máquina enorme El diseño de esta máquina puede ser de un ingeniero con conecsion mahomatica con una persona quemada por la lava de un volcán de hace siglos !? En un trozo de su mente la de seña para quitar se la lava de encima .. pero el ya está muerto de Ace siglos Sufrió tanto que esas ganas de quitarse la lava diseñan estás máquinas siglos más tarde !!
