I’m glad Nick Walker is putting up Training videos. Some people may not like this training style, but I do. Why take unnecessary risk when he feels the muscles being hit using those exercises. Nick Walker is top in the world for a reason. Great video!

@@user-pz8cm4pk4c you could take any roid at any dosage you wanted, you wouldn’t look like that. It takes years of hard work and dedication to meals to look like that. Roids aren’t the end all be all, it’s a part of it. It’s a lot more than roids to look like that and be successful. Takes hard work and sacrifice.

good point, however I believe he does this NOW that he has all this muscle mass on him, he got strong as hell first, look up videos of him a few years ago, lifting insane weights, getting huge. regular people aren’t strong enough to be worried about getting hurt with weights (granted you warm up and train properly ofc)

It's refreshing to see a pro who actually knows about training and isn't relying mostly on genetics and supplements while ego lifting and throwing weights about. His form is impeccable.

Is there a specific goal in mind when going up high on your side laterals, is it planned or is it just a personal feel type thing?

I’m the biggest supporter of Nick. The training style clearly has changed in the last year.I’m not about it.I think it lacks in overall blood flow to the muscle. Also it’s not intense enough. If you ain’t sweating you aren’t training hard enough. It’s also a boring style of training. The doctors and smart guys came up with it for hard gainers, not Mutants like Nick.

Well, he just stated in the video, he doesn’t need to get any bigger. He just needs to refine the muscle hence that’s why he’s not going balls to the wall anymore clearly you wasn’t listening

@@SharpFitnessLook I listen to the whole video. When you are at the top like Nick staying the same size isn’t going to cut it.Refining something really doesn’t mean making gains.Trust me I’m 50 years old, I know a little about keeping and maintaining muscle at my age.I just don’t like the training style for him at this stage of the game.

If i works better for hardgainers wouldnt it work even better for genetic freaks like nick ? Recovery and longevity are a huge plus of this style of training imo. I agree that oldschool training aproaches have their place too tho.

I have to second this opinion man. I am a HUGE WALKER fan and hopes he wins the O in 24 for sure cause I believe he woulda took it this year personally but man I too hate this super controlled less intense style. Yes less injuries more of a mind to muscle link etc etc is what he's going for I know but man I love to gigantic swole ass dudes like NICK just grip n rip some big weights for a couple of sets at least. Like when that foo tossed for those 225lb dumbells up that shit was SICK!!! I woulda loved to see him at least grab the 150 or 60"s or even 70's for at least one good set of 8 or so. It's hella motivational to me. He's still in my eyes the most knarliest looking BB out there right now hands down though.
