I want to thank you for your advise and exercise routines. I have rheumatoid and tears plus alot of inflammation and fluids in my shoulder. Been going through this since August last year , I thought it was my rheumatoid. But it got intense the pain, lock shoulder and limits of movements. It was so difficult to find a specialist and get am appointment. I had a MRI done in November but when I called to set an appointment to go through my results. Clinic closed seems it was due to legal issues. I researched everything on my MRI report and took the steps to look for PT therapist that is experienced with similar issues I have until I was able to see a Orthopedic. I found you and followed the exercises and it helped to allow me to do more movements to do daily things even if it was limited. I was so bad before I couldn't lift my arm and needed assistance. Doctor was impressed when I told her my story and the drama too that I was unable to get a sooner appointment plus on that note I had to miss several my enbrel weekly shots because my previous insurance didn't want to pay for my meds. Because of that added alot of the fluid between my joints. I want to thank you again for your advise. A+

Hey @whoyou2crew! Yes, you're correct you should work in a range of motion that doesn't hurt - to be more specific it could be a bit uncomfortable, so dealing with pain on a 2/3 level on a 1-10 scale might be okay, and perhaps necessary for you to work through in order see improvements. What's important is finding options that work for you as you know your body better than anyone. Hey there! The Rotator Cuff Tear Recovery Program has officially launched check it out here: The Rotator Cuff Tear Recovery Program is a comprehensive program designed to get your shoulder pain under control to allow the rotator cuff tendons to heal. Then it guides you to correct the underlying root muscle imbalances so that you can fix the source of the problem (rather than just treat the symptoms) and get long-term relief from shoulder pain. This program works even if you've had rotator cuff surgery in the past but continue to have rotator cuff problems.
