    Best inputs ever, due to lot of misconceptions ans misguide have suffered from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome), now have stopped going to gym which I love to do but multiple trainers are only selling bad ideas and products which is affecting like me will leave fitness level.     @@WeRStupid I need help in proper nutrition inputs and intake details. I have IBS if I take any protein (Whey Protein) IBS will shoot up and will have stomach pain and minimum 2-3 months I will not be able to digest any food. Pls suggest on proper nutrition cycle or do you have any particular program to follow or you can suggest any particular window to take inputs from you where I can talk or chat.     Sorry i forget to mention my body type I usually fall under ectomorph body type And i have low body fat percentage and fast metaboism ..tell me what should be the my dv colorie intake as well as workout plan how many days should i work in a week and how many times should i train each muscle..and how many reps,and sets and rest period time Please help me in this regard...

    I can't calculate that like.this But u need.to keep ur workout heavy intense and short and eat.more.calories from.good sources
