We at Beardo believe that a well-groomed beard is as attractive & professional (if not more so) than a clean-shaven face.
In a post-covid and remote working world, we've seen beards become more and more accepted in the workplace. However, this spirit of self-expression has not translated to the campus and it has been brought to our notice that STUDENTS ARE NOWADAYS BEING FORCED TO SHAVE THEIR BEARDS FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENTS.
It's clear that this gap needs to be bridged - between the classroom and the real world! Therefore, we want to ignite a revolution through this initiative of #BeardsAtWork!
We wish to embrace the importance of encouraging individuality without compromising professionalism. To that effect, we have created this film, shedding light on the same.

Yes. Definitely it's our choice. These kind of clean-shaven dirty asshole pigs like people😡😡🤬🤬(I mean for an example the person who said to clean shave every mens beard) doesn't have any bloody fucking rights to dictate others to clean shave their beard. 😡😡🤬🤬My Blood is boiling when I see these kinds of people who force razors.

Thank You Beardo. You have given such a nice message. Because I too faced this issues with my parents and relatives. They'll discourage me for having beard that I'll never get job opportunities. I'll still be unemployed they'll say that it'll affect my future. Starting from college till now. Especially in college I faced a lot. Because of having beard I didn't get jobs in college campus placements. Because of those judgemental and authoritative retards professors and management. And campus placements interviewers.☹️😟
I love having a beard and it is my own choice to keep beard and along with I'm a muslim boy and it is very important to keeping beard in our religion of Islam. Keeping a beard enhance your personality, sincerity , maturity, intellectual, men's power etc there can get a more benefit of body. When I first grew a beard, everyone objected to it. I ordered from y'all on the 30th of August. It was to be delivered on the 3rd . The package has not been delivered yet. No updates from the delivery company. The tracker on the package says that it is going from panipat to gurgaon to panipat to gurgaon again and again. Highly unprofessional. Don't recommend ordering from their website

To look Clean & Hygiene we must wash our Short Hair/Long Hair and Beard. Infact during COVID - 19 pandemic lockdown when they give COVID - 19 safety precautions announcement they have given this medical advise also. If you have Long Hair, Moustache and Beard it should be washed with Soap and Shampoo and maintain it neatly. That is what they said. They didn't said to haircut or clean shave. So it is hence proved that it is not necessary to do short haircut or clean shave our facial hair to look Clean & Hygiene. See our Indian Kings like Sikh Warriors, Maratha Warriors, Rajput Warriors and Chola Warriors(Ponniyin Selvan) and in Foreign Kings and Warriors like Greek Gods, Vikings, Gladiators, Spartans, Samurais, Cowboys, Lumberjacks. Finally Man without a Beard is like a Lion without a Mane, Bull without a Horn and Elephant without a Tusk. Remember that.

Some jobs require a clean shave, though. I worked pest control for about a year and in the interview the boss told me I was hired and before I showed up on day one, he wanted me to be clean shaven as it was mandated because you have to wear a respirator time to time. Therefore the beard had to go. I was shaving every other day when I had that job
